Jason - Vocals Born: Roxboro, North Carolina, USA Bio: Jason started singing at a very young age at church and school functons. It wasn't until college when a buddy asked him to fill in for a sick front man, that he realized how much he missed singing. Jason has been in several original and cover bands over the years. He joined WanderEast in September of 2009. |
Tristan - Lead Guitar Born: Newport Beach, California, USA Bio: Tristan began rockin’ at age 12 during the grunge revolution to the Pixies. Anyway, he gave up the surfing culture of Southern California and drove all the way across the country to Alexandria, VA. Tristan now conducts medical genetics research and has developed a class of genetically altered mice that take drugs for a living. Mi Vida Loca. |
Jesse - Guitar Born: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Bio: If you were to meet Jesse for the first time and ask him what he does, he would tell you he’s a musician. He may let it slip that he has his Ph.D in immunology. Jesse has never been a stranger to rock ‘n’ roll. His father was a writer for Rolling Stone magazine, and his mother still travels from city to city following Neil Young. If he’s not holding a guitar pick, you may find him holding a fishing rod or Kurt Vonnegut novel instead. |
Ashok - Drums Born: Bethesda, Maryland, USA Bio: The Dream started when Ashok's parents got sick and tired of him ruining their pots and pans and eventually bought him his first drum set. The rest, so they say, is history. Ashok has been playing drums since age 6 in various styles of music, ranging from jazz, to orchestral, to pure rock. He has played in cover bands in both Austin, TX and Washington, DC. |
Paul - Bass Born: New York, New York, USA Bio: Enjoying music has been Paul's passion since being raised on classic and 90s rock. After years of playing bass, along with some clarinet and sax, in the NJ/NY area, Paul recently traveled a little further south for the weather, women, steady employment - and to get back on stage! At his day-job, Paul gets to change a lot of really expensive light bulbs as a sustainability consultant. |
